§00Specialty welding & mechanical

Every weld,
proven.

NODARC welds, fits, sets, bolts, machines and tests piping systems for facilities that cannot fail. Every joint runs through NODARC Nexus, our own quality system, so the record is complete the day the system is.

§01Where we work

Five markets. One standard of care.

Each market fails in its own way: an outage, a particle, an audit finding, a leak, a breach of base rules. We plan the work around the failure the owner fears most.

  1. 01

    Data centers & critical facilities

Chilled and condenser water, cooling loops and CDU connections, generator fuel. Tie-ins beside live systems under owner-approved methods of procedure, with foreign-material control and commissioning-ready records.

    The failure: an outage
    ASME B31.9 · B31.3 · owner MOP
  2. 02

    Semiconductor

Stainless process and utility piping, bulk gas, process cooling water and clean dry air, built with purge control, contamination discipline and coupon records under the owner's cleanroom protocol.

    The failure: a particle
    ASME B31.3 · SEMI F78 / F81
  3. 03

    Pharmaceutical & life sciences

Purified water, WFI, clean steam and CIP stainless, with weld logs, borescope records and good documentation practice that support the owner's validation.

    The failure: an audit finding
    ASME BPE · AWS D18.1 / D18.2
  4. 04

    Industrial process

Refining, chemical, ammonia and LNG piping, tie-ins and equipment, including turnarounds and outages, with PWHT, PMI and controlled bolting.

    The failure: a leak
    ASME B31.3 / B31.1 · API RP 578 · ASME PCC-1
  5. 05

    Military & Air Force bases

Central plant, hangar, utility and fuel piping on Air Force installations, with an accident prevention plan, activity hazard analyses, base-access discipline and complete submittals.

The failure: a breach of base rules
    UFGS / UFC · USACE EM 385-1-1
§02Proprietary · built by NODARC

NODARC Nexus.
The quality system behind every joint.

Most contractors assemble the turnover book at the end. We build it as we weld. Nexus links every weld and flange joint to its drawing, material, procedure, welder, inspection, NDE and test, so nothing is reconstructed later.

§03How a package moves

From drawing to turnover in eleven controlled steps.

Every test package follows the same path. Each step has an owner, a record and a signature, and the next step waits until the last is closed.

§04Controlled documents

Three binders. Never confused, never out of date.

Once you accept a package, QC issues numbered field copies to the people doing the work. Each is logged to its holder, and a new revision voids the old one.

QC

QC field copy

The full inspection package for the field inspector, with hold points and a field-change log.

  • Logs, line class and NDE requirements
  • Walkdowns and test record
  • Issued to a named inspector
FM

Production field copy

What the crew needs at the work and nothing it doesn't, with a stop-and-call-QC page.

  • Isos and bill of materials
  • Production weld list and bolt-up worksheet
  • WPS at the work face
✓

Final turnover book

Every tab from cover to correspondence, with contents, dividers and digital signatures.

  • Checked for open items before it prints
  • Delivered with a signed transmittal
  • Filed with the weld and NDE log
§05For our clients

Your project, live.

Every client gets a private portal that shows their project and nothing else. Open it from a QR code on your phone or at your desk.

  • Progress you can check. Welds welded and accepted, NDE results and reject rate, packages tested and turned over.
  • What's waiting on you. Packages to review, tests to witness, turnovers to accept.
  • Every package, stage by stage. A timeline from build to close-out, with every transmittal we sent.
  • Shift reports on request. A one-page start- or end-of-shift summary from our QC manager: what was welded, tested and turned over, and what QC is on next.
  • Private by design. View-only, shared with your team alone, updated by NODARC QC every week.

§06What we do

Eight service lines. Clear scope on every proposal.

Every proposal names the lines included and exactly where our scope begins and ends.

L1

Specialty pipe welding

Carbon and stainless pipe, shop and field. GTAW roots, GTAW/SMAW combinations, tie-ins and repairs.

L2

Fabrication & pipe fitting

Spools, manifolds and supports fitted to isometrics, with heat numbers carried onto every piece.

L3

General mechanical & equipment

Setting, leveling, aligning and connecting pumps, skids, exchangers and packaged units.

L4

Piping installation & testing

Field installation and tie-ins, hydrostatic and pneumatic testing to approved test packages.

L5

Torque & tensioning

Controlled bolting with calibrated hydraulic tools, sequenced passes and tagged joints to ASME PCC-1.

L6

Field machining & millwright

Flange facing, cold cutting and beveling, baseplate and coupling alignment with recorded readings.

L7

Project management

Look-ahead schedules, written change control and a weekly progress and quality report.

L8

Quality documentation & turnover

Weld maps, weld and flange logs, NDE coordination and indexed turnover packages by system.

Not in our scope: design and engineering, structural steel erection, electrical work and alkylation-unit services. When a project needs them, the proposal names who provides them.

§07Where we stand

New company. Every capability shown at its current status.

Quality is led by AWS Certified Welding Inspectors, independent of production. Our own project record starts with our first job, and we are glad to begin with a scope sized to our current capacity.
